Gumbo made with ease! Just add seafood or meat. Gumbo Directions: Precook 1lb. meat of your choice (seafood & smoked sausage need not be precooked). Add Gumbo Mix and meat to 6 cups of Water, stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover pot and let cook on low for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 7 - 8oz servings.
